Witter and Corley Weigh In

Junior Witter and Demarcas Corley weighed in today in the Londesborough Rooms at the Alexandra Palace.Both fighters looked in fantastic condition and confident mood as they took to the scales Corley was first up and weighed in at 138.4lbs,Witter followed and came in at 139.8lbs.

It was obvious that although both fighters had been out of the ring for over eleven months they had trained long and hard for this World Title fight. This would be the last chance they would get to contest a genuine World Title and for the loser it would signal the end of the road.

"Corley is a hungry fighter,he has been the WBO Champion and has given the top men in the division nightmares in the ring.Cotto was caught out with a right hook which buckled his legs and he was in trouble for the rest of the round until he stopped Corley controversially in the fifth.Pound for pound Champion Floyd Mayweather was also caught this time with a left hook which stunned him before boxing his way to a twelfth round decision.Corley has the experience and the confidence but unfortunately he is fighting me,if he is hungry then that means I am starving and that is why I will win the fight."

Both fighters shook hands, signed autographs and did a few Radio and Television interviews before making their way back to the hotel for a post weigh in meal.
